When will I know if someone is arriving?

New guests may arrive at any time, so if a bed is free it must be kept clear and tidy and ready for a new person to arrive. We will generally try to let you know but we can not always do this, please try to keep any empty beds in a good condition, so they like arriving into the house and the room.
