How safe are my things in the house?

We take no responsibility for things that may be lost or stolen in the house. We try to limit any issues by making sure people are on an INTERNeX program, by limiting people having friends to stay, and by keeping parties and any illegal influences out of the house. Fortunately we have never had anyone report anything stolen but there are some basic things you can do to protect yourself and your belongings.

It is important that you:
1. Keep any valuables in a safe and secure place.
2. Always lock the door when you are not in the unit.
3. Carry some form of insurance coverage on your personal belongings, as INTERNeX can assume no
responsibility for items, which are lost, stolen or damaged.
4. Report any persons you may encounter in Staff Housing who seem suspicious or are unfamiliar.
5. Report any concerns immediately to INTERNeX +1 604 506 7780. In case of emergency, dial 911.
