What happens if I damage something in the house?

You should inform the house manager so we can look to getting it fixed. If you cannot speak to the house manger you can inform an INTERNeX representative and we can take care of it. We will then have the thing fixed and we will either ask you to pay for the fixing or we will arrange for the cost to be deducted from your damage deposit. If the cost is greater than your damage deposit you will have to pay the difference.
