What happens if someone else damages something in the house?

Generally the house manager will let us know if something is damaged and will let us know who to charge. If however we are not informed about something we will deduct the cost off the damage deposit from every person in the house. You should report any damages to the house manager, because if you do not, we may see it as vandalism and then we would have to terminate your user agreement.
