Fire Safety
Fire safety is of the utmost importance. If you are in Housing when the smoke or fire alarm sounds, evacuate the building immediately and use a cell phone or neighbors phone to call the fire department on 911.

Tampering with any fire equipment, including alarms, emergency lights, extinguishers and hoses, will result in immediate termination of the Use Agreement and may also result in criminal prosecution. Failure to evacuate when an alarm sounds may also result in immediate termination of the Use Agreement.

Taking Care of Yourself
Because you live and work with a lot of different people, there are all kinds of cold and flu viruses. Make sure to get a flu vaccine from the local health care clinic.

Health/Medical Insurance
It is extremely important and necessary that you have adequate medical insurance. People without proper medical insurance have been billed for thousands and thousands of dollars worth of work. By signing this document you are stating that you have full medical and / or travel insurance, covering medical for the full period you are in the staffhouse.

I do not understand something about the house, who should I speak to?
