Ladina from SwitzerlandHi! I’ve spent five amazing months in Banff during the winter while working in a hotel as a housekeeper. The work was hard. It included lots of physical work and we had long hours to work. Still it was always fun because we could work in teams. And I really got compensated for that with lots of snowboarding in three different ski areas, partying and all the other opportunities the town offers. There’s always something you can do! After a few weeks you don’t only get a local card but also feel at home there. I can recommend the local nights on Sundays! And it’s easy to make friends because the town is little enough that you always bump into people again. I just can say: Enjoy your stay in Banff and greet it from me! =)
