Hello! I'm Simone and I'm from the Netherlands. I've been in Vancouver for nine months now. I came to work, travel around and have a lot of fun! I worked at Blenz for about 8 months. Blenz is a franchise shop known for its premium coffee beans and delicious beverages. Working at Blenz is a lot of fun because I get to meet Canadian customers and work with other people from all over the world. A big reason I came to Canada was to experience the 2010 Winter Olympics and it was an awesome time! The Olympic atmosphere was all over town and there were non-stop parties in downtown Vancouver. While in Canada I've also been to the Rockies and the nature there is so amazing! Canada and British Columbia are definitely places I want to come back to one day. There is so much to see and lots of opportunities for non-Canadians. I loved it!
