The Application is due a minimum of 12 weeks prior to their proposed program start date.

Short notice applications MAY be accepted on a case by case basis. Applications will be processed only when all required documents are received. Once the applicant is accepted, a letter of confirmation (LOC) will be sent.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED:

• Application form
• Program Policies (signed)
• Resume
• Cover letter
• Most recent Educational transcripts
• 2 references from current or previous employers with company letterhead and signed by the employer, if no work experience, a character letter from a professor
• Criminal Record Check (if the internship requires working with children or seniors) – please keep a copy of your CRC before you submit the original one to the Embassy
• Copy of passport (picture page)
• 3 pictures in color (hobbies, on vacation, with friends/family)
• Any copies of academic/professional certification
• A portfolio (only for those applying for a graphic design internship)
