What size of host organization is better?
In our experience, the larger the company, the easier it is to get lost in their infrastructure. Though this is not always the case, many large companies are reluctant to offer candidates interesting projects due to inability to effectively manage the projects, internal bureaucracy and corporate liability. Smaller companies allow candidates to become more involved at the level that is required for the completion of your project.
