How can I contact my placement manager?
Although your placement manager will be in touch with you during your placement, don’t forget, you can ALWAYS call, email or drop into the office. In fact if there is ANY issue, even issues you feel you can resolve on your own, no matter how small, we require that you contact us to inform us of the situation. Since this program is for mature, independent self-directed individuals, if we don’t hear from you, we assume that everything is going well… We are here to make sure that you are having the best possible experience and to support you when you need our assistance. We won’t know unless you contact us.
