What should I do if I have problems with a particular staff member or supervisor?

Give the staff and your supervisor the benefit of the doubt… Maybe it is just your perception. Remember that you are living in another culture and workplace stresses and communication (including body language) are different here. Be aware of this and try to be sure there is a problem. The first step is to discuss the issue with the person directly… if this does not seem like a good option, contact your placement manager IMMEDIATELY.
