
Hello everyone my name is Martina and I have been working for INTERNeX since 2003. It is quite difficult to condense what I do into a neatly packaged title because every team member contributes in a multitude of ways. We do each have certain responsibilities that we are held accountable for, so my main domain falls within the realm of Ranchstay program manager, Homestay coordinator and Finance manager. I
am originally from Berlin, Germany and was previously employed by a company that had over 24,000 employees. This company and German culture in general is extremely structured, so when I joined INTERNeX it was like a breath of fresh air. This tight knit company represents the flexible nature of Canadian culture perfectly and I’ve truly thrived in this environment. I thoroughly enjoy the fact that I can be involved on so many different levels within INTERNeX; however, I do not regret my background because it has taught me certain systems, procedures and structures that I have carried over to INTERNeX and have successfully been implemented.
Being part of the INTERNeX family has truly been a blessing because I have managed to build such great relationships with my coworkers that I see them more as friends then just merely work associates. This adventure that I have embarked on over four years ago has truly changed my life and if you are interested in experiencing the unknown just as I did then I encourage you to check out the many programs that we have to offer.
