Hi my name is Mina and my main role here at INTERNeX falls under our Internship Program and training our new partners. I’m originally from Korea and have lived in Canada for over 20 years. I joined INTERNeX back in March 2004 for a Korean government project which I took as more as a temporary job. With my Criminology background, I was planning to work for the government and I thought working for a year at INTERNeX would help me to expand my network, business knowledge and professionalism.

But the more time I spent in this company and the more I learned about the work, I found passion in what I did. I love how I get to meet so many new people that are from different countries and cultures, and when I see how the internships I found my candidates changed their life, it’s such a rewarding experience for me. Furthermore, I love our INTERNeX team. We all have differences in terms of our strengths and weaknesses, but we all seemed to be well compromised and balanced. I’ve grown a lot in this company both personally and professionally, but I’m still learning everyday (especially from my boss!)
